Summoning and what is it good for? Summoning is a skill that focuses on summoning familiars using pouches. Each familiar has a unique ability that requires a summoning scroll which can be made by sacrificing the pouch for 10 scrolls each. Familiars have a wide variety of uses from fighting to carrying items to even boosts in other skills. In order to make these pouches you will need to gather a few things: - Summoning pouches are the cheapest part of summoning as each individual pouch will only cost you 1gp. -Summoning shards can be obtained via the summoning store for 25gp each. Sprit shard packs can also be bought to get shards in bulk to save the continuous buying. - Charms can be the hardest part of the summoning skill. As getting charms isnt something thats very difficult, it will take some time to get all of the neccesary charms for your 99 Summoning skill. How to obtain charms? There are two main ways to obtain charms Slayer- With the charming imp perk from our donation store this will make it far much easier but if you don't have it, killing anything and everything will drop charms. from your starting rockcrabs all the way up to your ganodermics. Godwars- Blood/smoke Barrage This will be just a few pases north from the spawning point. this is the most optimal Charms/hr Secondaries Making Summoning pouches require a secondary corresponding to what you wish to make. Golds and greens aren't great for long term leveling, especially for legendary game modes. You will want to focus your charm farming around crimsons. => When you reach Crimsons/ Blues and you get a new familiar that uses golds or greens, stick with your Crimson and Blue charm familiars, as they will give you the best optimal experience for your time and money. The skilling outfit After each 1000 Pouches have been made, you will gain a piece of the shaymen's outfit. an outfit that will boost the experience given to each pouch created. Ataraxia has a unique way of acquiring skilling outfits and certain specialized tools that either give % boosts to EXP gained or can offer up new routes of training. This guide I will try to make as straightforward and accurate as possible. Please don't hesitate to comment any corrections below. First thing, make sure you have Random Skilling Events enabled. The NPCs that randomly show up are the ones that will be rewarding you with skilling items and outfits. Most Skilling Outfit pieces can be obtained after 1,000 actions. Please note that the random NPCs will not always appear after exactly 1,000 actions. The first one that does appear after 1,000 actions will reward you with the item. Additionally, if your inventory is full at the time of being rewarded, your item will be sent into your bank. Some others have extra pieces or compensate for how long they take to acquire. If there are no additional notes after how many pieces are listed, those pieces are obtained every 1,000 actions. Edit: "Add-on" pieces that modify headgear for Crafting, Herblore, Divination, Farming, Prayer, and Cooking are all rewarded after 25,000 actions! Smithing receives it's add-on piece after 10,000 actions. Summoning receives it's add-on piece after 5,000 actions.
